Elisia "Leah" Lattimer, Founder for Legacy Wealth Strategies, LLC started in the insurance industry over 20 years ago.

Leah strives to remain a long-term top producer in the industry and has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) numerous times over the last two decades. With membership in the MDRT being attained by a small percentage of life insurance and financial services professionals in the industry.

Serving a wide variety of roles such as agent, advisor, sales manager, career development specialist, associate general agent, co-partner and owner, her accomplishments in the industry over the last 20 years have been diverse and distinguised.

In 2012, Leah was the 5th-ranked producing agent and sales manager for one of the largest life insurance companies in the industry, as well as being in the top 10 of associate general agents in 2013 for recruiting and agent development.  Showing sustained success in an office that she has managed for over 20 years, she has proven that not only can she illustrate individual accomplishments, but will dedicate her time to helping other agents achieve their goals as well.

Over two decades she has hired and developed a high number or agents, many of which are able to move forward and begin highly accomplished careers of their own in the industry.  Her unconditional dedication to the well-being of her clients, as well as her agents allows her to run her business with integrity and poise, assisting countless people in preparing a financial plan for their futures and their families.

Along with the multitude of accomplishments that Leah has collected over her tenured career, she has also dedicated the time necessary to create a beautiful life at home as well.  Beginning in Urbana, Ohio, she has raised two terrific children, Cameron and Kaeley.  Growing up to be very accomplished in their own right, her children are walking proof of Leah's lifelong dedication to helping others and tirelessly working to assist others in creating a better life for themselves and others.

Qualifying membership in the MDRT Court of the Table is based on minimum sales production requirements and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only. All members must apply every year and remit the required Court of the Table dues to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table. Third-party rankings and recognitions are no guarantee of future investment success and do not ensure that a client or prospective client will experience a higher level of performance or results.
